A Word from Kara
“Exercise can certainly be intimidating to start, restart, or even branch out from your norm but the awesome thing about exercise is that it is never too late! Moving your body is, in my opinion, one of THE best and most rewarding ways to improve your current and long term health. I’ll use my knowledge and expertise to take the guesswork out of an effective exercise routine for your specific goals. No one said exercising is the easiest thing to do, but I will make sure it’s fun! Let’s get to it!”
