Meet Michael
Michael is a Certified NASM Personal Trainer and National Registered Emergency Medical Technician. From a young age, he was involved in any and every sports his parents would allow. Even throughout high school he was a multi-sport athlete playing basketball, football, and soccer. After high school, he worked to become a firefighter EMT. Training rigorously for a job that requires the highest physical demands took a toll on past injuries and health issues forcing Michael to step away from firefighting. Keeping his passion to help others, he became dedicated to improving their quality of life through exercise. After much personal trial and error in exercise, he decided to get his Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Now, he pushes his own body to extremes in hopes of gaining more practical knowledge and he continues to further his education and gain more certifications for academic knowledge. Using both first-hand experience and ongoing education, Michael creates individualized programs to maximize your results!

I see too many people trying to do what others on social media or professional athletes are doing and unfortunately, most of the time it’s not going to work. My goal is to help you learn and understand the why’s and how’s of exercise. I want to teach you what is going to benefit you the most and maintain the healthy habits you learn. Change can definitely be intimidating, but my goal as your Personal Trainer is to help guide, coach, encourage, challenge, and support you through your fitness journey. Whether you’re an athlete looking for the next step, or have never touched a weight, I will give you safe and effective blueprints in achieving whatever your fitness goals may be.”
