Rachel Naranjo is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor and holds a Masters Degree in Kinesiology. Combine her education, experience as a runner and soccer player in college, cross country and track coach, Rachel’s passion lays in helping others realize and achieve their true potential. Rachel believes that each workout should be as unique as the client. The training plans she creates are customized and individually tailored for each client, specific to their needs and goals. She is passionate about a holistic way of living that encompasses all aspects of well-being, including how your mind and body work together to achieve greater health.
