Stanley Chock, a Certified Personal Trainer by the International Sports Science Association, pursuing health and fitness in every aspect of his life. Stanley has always chased after self-development in his mind, body, and spirit. He comes from the small island of Kauai, Hawaii and moved to Portland, Oregon to further his education. Graduating with a Bachelors in Theology, he wondered how he could combine his love for people and his love for fitness. He has trained many different methodologies from Martial Arts, to Crossfit, to Strength Training, and now currently Olympic Weightlifting. Stanley’s passion to “keep improving” in his education of fitness and health, and lifestyle is highly contagious. He is willing to put in the time and effort to give his current and future clients what they want and ultimately, what they need.

From what I’ve learned and what I’ve experienced, taking this journey on by yourself is near impossible…unless you have the right guidance. I’ve trained multiple different training styles and one thing that is necessary for any type of training is setting realistic goals that you can achieve. I will keep you accountable and build a desire for you in health and fitness. It’s not going to be easy, no one ever said that it will be easy, but it is possible. My hope for everyone is to be able to take the skills and knowledge learned in the gym and simply apply it to everyday life.”
