Understanding the Weeks
Block 1: 5 weeks total
- Week 1 is to understand your current strength, endurance, and overall proficiency.
- Week 2-4 consists of increasing Volume and Weight.
- Week 5 you will undergo a Deload.
Block 2: 5 weeks total
- Week 6 is to understand your newfound strength, endurance, and overall proficiency.
- Week 7-9 consists of increasing Volume and Weight.
- Week 10 you will undergo a Deload.
Understanding the Days
Day 1: Bicep Focus
On this day, you will target the biceps in the beginning of your workout.
Day 2: Active Recovery
This day is designed to stimulate recovery by driving blood/nutrients into the muscles and increase exercise proficiency.
Day 3: Tricep Focus
On this day, you will target the triceps in the beginning of your workout.
