Course Descriptions

BOOTCAMP (Indoor/Outdoor): Have fun with this energetic cardio drilled workout! Burpees, Pushups, Hill Runs, Planks, Battle Ropes & much more! Enjoy the camaraderie of others in this group!

ERG & BURN: The BIGGEST calorie burning workout we offer! A quick 4-station circuit training workout integrating the row machines & full body strength exercises. Finish with a complete series of core exercises. You. Will. Be. Breathless!

ERG ENDURE: Take rowing to the next level by focusing on your endurance & stamina with 10 minute intervals of rowing drills combined with sculpting strength & core exercises!

FuncFIT & CORE: Innovative strength and mobility routines to support your body’s natural movement patterns combined with ab ripping core exercises.

METCON & MOBILITY: This workout will keep you storming through heart pounding cardio drills. But don’t worry, you’ll finish with a soothing mobility routine to cool things down.

PUMP & PLYO: High volume, lighter weight strength routines combined with powerful plyometric drills sure to leave you remembering this workout until next week.

PURE STRENGTH: This multi set, full body strength class is geared towards one thing, and one thing only…LEAN MEAN MUSCLE!
