5K Program

This program will provide you with a progressive training plan to rock your first or next 5k race!

Week 1 will start with walking/running a minimum of 1/2 mile.

10K Program

Join the company of other avid runners while building your pace and endurance to smash your first or next 10k!

Week 1 will start with a 3 mile run. (or walk/run pace)


Build your distance and drop your mile times with this fun & supportive group led by Co-Owner, Personal Trainer, & Trail Running Enthusiast of Precision Personal Training, Lacy Thomas.

*Gear up for Humane Society of SW Washington’s Walk/Run for the Animals Race!
(5k only, but 10k running club members are of course more than welcome to do the race!)
